#1 CE1005 CEO Watch Review
TW Steel CE1005 is an uniquely designed over-sized watch. If you are looking for a watch that would attract the attention you will love wearing this boldly designed and quality piece.
CE1005 is a part of TW Steels CEO Canteen collection. CEO stands for Collection Extra Ordinary and it enriched their first Canteen collection with new design so that timepieces are more elegant and more formal dress watches.
Design and Features
First thing to notice on TW Steel CE1005 are large hour markings and big Arabic numbers as 6 and 12 hour markers. It also has seconds’ markings and with good contrast on a white background makes it easy to read time and also give a fantastic design to the face.
There is a day/ date window at 3 o’clock large enough to be easy noticeable. It has a brown strap made of genuine Italian leather with white stitching which is very soft and comfortable. CE 1005 is 45 mm in diameter wide and the width of the band is 22 mm.
It is water resistant to 330 feet/ 100 meters.

Reviews of customers are positive in general but one customer said that the band is not thick like on the picture and that it wasn’t long enough. The length of the band is 99 and it is a lot ticker than leather bands used in timepieces of other well known brands we don’t think this have to be a deal breaker for you. #2 Canteen TWA203 Review
TW Steel TW1 Canteen was the first and still is one of their bestselling models. Since Canteen was TW Steels first collection it is a classic of TW steel. Ton Coblens, the founder and designer of TW steel, found inspiration for design of this timepiece in WWII watch of American brand called Elgin. It had crown cap which became the main style element and unique brand signs of the whole brand and one of the reasons for instant success of TW steel.
Design and Features
On a dial TW Steel TW1 Canteen has big Arabic numerals marking 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock. Good contrast between black round dial and markers make it easy to read. It’s water resistant up to 100 m. This means that you can swim with it but we wouldn’t recommend it since it has leather strap which can be damaged by water.
The case is 50 mm in diameter without the crown cap and it is made of 316L stainless steel. TW Steel uses this type of steel for their watches that has better characteristics than conventional nickel chromium stainless steel. It has higher creep resistance, excellent formability, corrosion and pitting resistance.
Its fine brushed and flat profile hardened mineral crystal glass protects it from scratches.
